Building Dreams with National Strength, Empowered by Digital Intelligence: KeenData Technology Attends the Inaugural Seminar on Full-Stack Domestic Intelligent Computing Innovation

Recently, the grand inaugural seminar themed "Building Dreams with National Strength, Empowered by Digital Intelligence: Innovative Technologies and Applications for Full-Stack Domestic Intelligent Computing" was successfully held in Beijing, hosted by Beijing Racobit Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. As the first stop of a series of seminars, the event brought together over 100 industry experts, scholars, and partners from government agencies, research institutes, educational institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises across the industrial chain. The forum focused on cutting-edge trends in the domestic intelligent computing industry and facilitated in-depth discussions on practical achievements.

The conference convened shortly after the conclusion of the 2026 National "Two Sessions" and coincided with the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030). During the Two Sessions, the Government Work Report explicitly mandated the deepening and expansion of the "AI+" Initiative, and identified the establishment of a sound foundational system for data elements and the unlocking of data value as pivotal strategic tasks for the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Against this strategic backdrop, Mr. Yu Yang, Chairman of Beijing KeenData Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend and delivered a pivotal speech during the roundtable discussion. He joined distinguished guests from all sectors to explore how, under the guidance of national strategies, the construction of AI Data Infrastructure can comprehensively drive the deep implementation of the "AI+" Initiative across all industries.

Roundtable Forum: Charting the Course for Domestic AI Development

The roundtable forum centered on in-depth exchanges regarding the opportunities, challenges, ecosystem development, and growth pathways for domestic artificial intelligence. Participants collectively discussed how to respond to the 15th Five-Year Plan's call to "strengthen the efficient supply of computing power, algorithms, and data" and "deepen and expand the 'AI+' Initiative."

Chairman Yu Yang's Keynote Insights

Mr. Yu emphasized that the complete closed-loop of the AI industry consists of three core elements: computing power, algorithms, and data. He identified data as the critical bottleneck currently constraining the deepening of the "AI+" Initiative.

"The 15th Five-Year Plan has set a new target for the proportion of the digital economy core industries in GDP. High-quality data governance and the realization of data element value are the core engines for achieving this goal," he stated.

He pointed out that large central state-owned enterprises (CSOEs) and industry organizations commonly face challenges such as data silos, governance difficulties, and low security and usability. The traditional passive, control-oriented data governance model is no longer adequate to meet the stringent requirements for real-time performance and scenario-based adaptability in the "AI+" Initiative.

"AI Data Infrastructure should not be an outdated control tool, but must evolve into a core capability that is real-time, proactive, value-oriented, and focused on model governance. It is the key to unlocking the potential of data elements and supporting the large-scale deployment of the 'AI+' Initiative," Mr. Yu asserted.

He elaborated on KeenData's independently developed AI Data Infrastructure Solution. This solution not only enables efficient cross-departmental and cross-hierarchical data integration and security governance but also boasts a unique advantage: downward compatibility with domestic GPU chips, effectively alleviating computing power adaptation challenges caused by supply constraints. Upward, it opens up scenario-based applications, empowering frontline teams to conduct scenario-specific model optimization and innovative deployment. This truly transforms data from a passive resource into new quality productive forces that drive the "AI+" Initiative.

Strategic Collaboration: The "Jianmen Series" All-Domestic Integrated Solution

Prior to this, KeenData and Racobit had jointly launched the "Jianmen Series: All-Domestic Data Management and Model Development Integrated Appliance" solution. Guided by the philosophy of "Comprehensive Integration, Ultimate Simplicity, Out-of-the-Box Usability," this solution is tailored to meet enterprise-grade data governance and intelligent upgrading needs.

Mr. Yu affirmed that KeenData will further deepen its strategic cooperation with Racobit. The two parties will conduct in-depth technological research and breakthroughs focusing on the R&D of all-domestic data management and model development appliances, as well as vertical applications of data and models. KeenData's core capabilities in AI Data Infrastructure will be deeply integrated into Racobit's intelligent computing hardware and industry-specific solutions.

Commitment to a Secure, Domestic Ecosystem,In conclusion, Mr. Yu expressed KeenData's readiness to collaborate with peers from all sectors, adhering to a long-termism mindset and continuing to deeply cultivate the field of AI Data Infrastructure. Aligned closely with the blueprint of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the company is committed to unlocking the full potential of data elements.Looking ahead, KeenData will join hands with Racobit and more partners to co-build a secure and efficient domestic intelligent computing ecosystem, providing a continuous and powerful impetus for the deepening and expansion of the national "AI+" Initiative.
